Adding Comments to DPS Website

If you would like to comment on the NYS Department of Public Service website regarding the Bay Breeze LLC project in Lyme, NY follow the instructions below:

STEP 1 – Log onto the DPS website:

https://documents.dps.ny.gov/public/common/search.html

STEP 2 – Enter the case number for the Bay Breeze Project: 24-03044

STEP 3 – You will now see a listing of a number of documents related to the project. SCROLL down to the bottom and select “Post Comments” circle in red below.

STEP 4 – Enter the information into the form marked with a red asterisk. You can add attachments that support your comments as well.

STEP 5 – Forward these instructions to others that are interested in making their concerns known to New York State officials that are responsible for the siting of this project and others.
