Horseshoe Solar punctures aquifer under Genesee River

The Horseshoe Solar project includes drilling under the Genesee River in Caledonia NY. The Limestone Solar project plans on drilling under the Chaumont River! Although the two projects are different, the risks to wildlife, fish and other aquatic species have not been properly evaluated. When will the assaults to our natural resources stop?
